What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation of technology for hospitals, health systems, and imaging centers.
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, developing project plans and timelines.
• Conduct workflow-discovery discussions and assess infrastructure, security, and integration risks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to design solutions and resolve issues.
• Lead transitions to Client Success and perform retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in implementation management.
• Strong understanding of hospital and imaging center operations, specifically EMR/EHR integration.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Prior experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence, Jira, and Zoom.
