What you will do

• Own the enrollment funnel end-to-end, including qualification, site referral, screening, consent, and randomization.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders such as sites, sponsors, CROs, and site networks.
• Identify bottlenecks in the delivery pipeline and implement systematic improvements to increase throughput.
• Build and manage a team of Project Managers to scale delivery capacity as the organization grows.
• Utilize data-driven insights to build dashboards and make informed operational decisions.
• Run multiple parallel workstreams to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience leading operational delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven track record of scaling operational functions and building repeatable processes.
• Experience managing conversion funnels or delivery pipelines with a focus on reducing cycle times.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboard creation.
• Structured project management discipline with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Must be based in Colombia with the ability to coordinate across different time zones and cultures.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, clinical trials, or pharma services.
• Oncology-specific knowledge including biomarker testing and clinical trial design.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Background in management consulting, industrial engineering, or private equity operations.
• Familiarity with AI-powered platforms or patient recruitment vendors.
