Enrollment Delivery Manager (Oncology)

Location: Remote in Colombia, including Medellín, Tolima, and Bogotá.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end enrollment funnel from patient qualification and site referral through screening, consent, and randomization.
• Measure funnel drop-off, identify bottlenecks, and improve enrollment throughput.
• Coordinate clinical operations, technology, customer success, sites, sponsors, CROs, and site networks.
• Build repeatable operational processes and increase delivery capacity as volume grows.
• Use dashboards, Excel, PowerPoint, and operational data to guide decisions.
• Hire and lead a team of Project Managers as the function scales.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience leading operational delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience owning a conversion funnel or delivery pipeline end to end and improving throughput systematically.
• Track record of scaling operational functions, reducing cycle times, and increasing capacity.
• Experience coordinating external partners and internal teams across countries, cultures, and time zones.
• Strong analytical, structured project management, and multi-workstream execution skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-growing startup environment with ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Healthcare, life sciences, clinical trials, pharma services, oncology, or patient recruitment experience.
• Experience with AI-powered platforms or health technology.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Background in management consulting, industrial engineering, operational value creation, or private equity portfolio operations.
• Familiarity with site networks or CRO enrollment operations.
