Requirements

• Expert experience leading large-scale hospital system engagements in a design or innovation agency.
• Proven ability to navigate complex dynamics of patients, caregivers, and clinicians in healthcare.
• Experience managing long-term, multi-million dollar engagements with multiple project tracks.
• Strong understanding of web development technologies and the design lifecycle.
• Must be based in the United States.
