Customer Insights Analyst (Healthcare Data)

What you will do

• Collect, clean, combine, and analyze customer and operational data to identify trends, risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain Sigma dashboards, recurring reports, performance summaries, and visual presentations.
• Use SQL and relational database concepts to support reporting and business decision-making.
• Monitor key performance indicators and translate findings into actionable insights for Customer Success, Operations, and business leaders.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses related to customer performance, medical record retrieval, operational outcomes, and business trends.
• Define reporting requirements, document metrics and methodologies, validate data quality, and support scalable customer insights capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, customer insights, data analytics, operations analytics, or a related role.
• Strong SQL skills and knowledge of relational databases; familiarity with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake.
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and Sigma Computing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with strong attention to data accuracy and quality.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Customer Success, client-facing, or operational teams through data and insights.
• Background in healthcare, health technology, payer services, or medical record retrieval.
• Knowledge of payer operations, risk adjustment, quality programs, data modeling, metric development, or dashboard design.
• Experience creating customer-facing or executive-level reports and presentations.
