Data Analyst (Fintech)

Location: US Remote

What you will do

• Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Build intuitive data visualizations and reports that communicate KPIs, trends, and actionable insights.
• Own the UX/UI experience delivered across multiple data products.
• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify data needs, communicate findings, and recommend operational improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis and support complex data and reporting projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Professional experience with SQL.
• Ability to analyze varied data and business problems, apply judgment within defined procedures, and investigate solutions.
• Ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in a SaaS company or fintech.
• Familiarity with Sigma, Python, or R.
• Exposure to data governance or data quality frameworks.
• Experience with Claude or other AI-powered analytics tools.
• Experience with Agile or Kanban methodologies and Databricks.
