Director of Technology Delivery (SaaS): Overseeing delivery efforts across technology teams and coordinating planning and execution activities with an accent on agile transformation and value stream management. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Stone, Staffordshire (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Oversee technology delivery across multiple cross-functional product teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage complex multi-team projects including platform migrations, environment enhancements, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Establish and promote best practices for delivery tracking, velocity, and risk management.
• Lead the adoption and scaling of agile methodologies and champion product-centricity.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and development for a team of 6 delivery leads and Scrum Masters.
• Act as a key interface between engineering, product teams, and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven track record in technology delivery or project management within an agile environment.
• Extensive experience leading agile transformations and value stream management.
• Strong understanding of PMO best practices and project governance.
• Experience managing and mentoring delivery leads or Scrum Masters.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Stone, Staffordshire at least 2 days per week.
