What you will do

• Lead and manage multiple complex deliveries, ensuring effective planning, execution, and closure of projects.
• Implement and optimize delivery processes and methodologies, specifically Agile and Scrum, to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineering managers to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources while proactively mitigating risks.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance within engineering teams.
• Mentor and coach team members to promote professional growth and skill development.

Requirements

• Proven experience (8+ years) in a delivery management or senior project management role within a technology environment.
• Demonstrable experience managing customer-facing software development projects.
• Strong practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the full SDLC.
• Must have the right to work in the UK; the company is unable to provide employment sponsorship.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.
