What you will do
- Lead and manage multiple complex deliveries, ensuring effective planning, execution, and closure of projects.
- Implement and optimize delivery processes and methodologies, specifically Agile and Scrum, to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with product owners and engineering managers to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources while proactively mitigating risks.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance within engineering teams.
- Mentor and coach team members to promote professional growth and skill development.
Requirements
- Proven experience (8+ years) in a delivery management or senior project management role within a technology environment.
- Demonstrable experience managing customer-facing software development projects.
- Strong practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the full SDLC.
- Must have the right to work in the UK; the company is unable to provide employment sponsorship.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.
