What you will do

  • Lead, scale, and inspire a regional team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
  • Drive regional Gross Retention Rate (GRR) and Net Retention Rate (NRR) through verified business outcomes.
  • Coach and mentor CSMs to achieve 100% target attainment across key performance metrics.
  • Act as the regional escalation point to architect action plans for at-risk accounts.
  • Manage regional reporting and forecasting for account health and customer sentiment.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with executive stakeholders within key accounts.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of customer-facing experience in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Proven experience in people leadership, mentoring, or coaching client-facing teams.
  • Outstanding communication skills and executive presence.
  • Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical audiences.
  • Must be based in the London Metro Area.

Nice to have

  • Domain knowledge in Cyber Security, Identity Security, or Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
