What you will do
- Lead, scale, and inspire a regional team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
- Drive regional Gross Retention Rate (GRR) and Net Retention Rate (NRR) through verified business outcomes.
- Coach and mentor CSMs to achieve 100% target attainment across key performance metrics.
- Act as the regional escalation point to architect action plans for at-risk accounts.
- Manage regional reporting and forecasting for account health and customer sentiment.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with executive stakeholders within key accounts.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of customer-facing experience in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Proven experience in people leadership, mentoring, or coaching client-facing teams.
- Outstanding communication skills and executive presence.
- Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical audiences.
- Must be based in the London Metro Area.

- Domain knowledge in Cyber Security, Identity Security, or Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
