Service Manager

Location: Must have a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK. Role can be Office Hybrid or Remote, subject to location.

What you will do

• Manage all aspects of contract delivery, including finance, quality, and client relations.
• Allocate and manage team performance targets to ensure a minimum of 95% delivery accuracy.
• Perform complex contract scoping exercises at customer sites.
• Collaborate with sales colleagues to identify and maximize business opportunities.
• Design and deliver high-quality training materials for internal and external colleagues.
• Deputise for the Operations Manager as required.

Requirements

• Must have a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.
• Strong technical knowledge of legislation associated with contract delivery.
• Proven experience in performance management and identifying training needs.
• Exceptional motivational and people management skills.
• Ability to travel to customer sites for scoping exercises.
• Ability to pass satisfactory vetting, references, and occupational health checks.
