What you will do

• Define and own the target architecture for CoPilot Studio agents, including orchestration, knowledge sources, and integration patterns.
• Oversee the hands-on build of priority copilots, including authoring topics, prompts, and custom connectors.
• Establish governance, security guardrails, and responsible AI principles for all delivered solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate priority use cases into scalable, production-grade copilot experiences.
• Drive Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and CI/CD strategies for CoPilot Studio solutions.
• Act as a technical advisor to business sponsors, evangelizing the capabilities and limits of agentic AI.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years in solution architecture or senior engineering roles.
• Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft CoPilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI services, and Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility.
• Strong knowledge of conversational design, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Experience operating within regulated environments, preferably financial services.
• Must be able to work in the Atlanta office 4 days per week.
