What you will do

• Develop scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Build performant, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces with React, Next.js, and Ant Design.
• Design and implement workflows for the Core Lab Case Management platform to orchestrate case lifecycles.
• Participate in system design reviews and propose practical, scalable improvements.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teammates in an agile environment.
• Participate in on-call rotations and assist with triaging production issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience, including fullstack development.
• Proficiency in React, CSS, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and familiarity with PostgreSQL.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong understanding of system design, debugging, and modern software engineering practices.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated domains such as healthcare or fintech.
• Familiarity with containerized cloud environments (Docker, AWS EKS), CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
• Exposure to event-driven architecture or microservices with asynchronous workflows.
• Proficiency in Python.
