What you will do
- Build and ship production-grade end-to-end web and backend features.
- Develop custom AI agents, RAG pipelines, and state-machine-driven workflows.
- Create scalable frontend experiences with SvelteKit, React, Vue, or similar frameworks.
- Design backend services with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Engineer AI systems with guardrails, traceability, and confidence measurement frameworks.
- Integrate APIs, authentication, analytics platforms, third-party services, data pipelines, and dynamic asset generation.
Requirements
- Expert-level TypeScript skills, including Generics and Discriminated Unions.
- Strong Node.js backend and full-stack engineering experience.
- Experience with React, Vue, or Svelte/SvelteKit.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/LLM-powered features or agentic systems.
- Knowledge of APIs, authentication flows, token-based security, PostgreSQL, and AWS or Azure.
- Strong English communication skills and ability to work remotely from Latin America in a highly autonomous environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Fastify, Hono, or Express.
- Familiarity with Slack API integrations, PostHog, or Metabase.
- Experience with PDFKit, Puppeteer, data pipelines, or transformation workflows.
- Practical experience with Cursor or Claude Code.
