What you will do
- Oversee daily operations and sales performance for provider programs to meet revenue and service targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop outbound sales teams to exceed enrollment and production goals.
- Manage BPO vendor relationships, ensuring SLA adherence and continuous service improvement.
- Design and launch tiered provider recognition and retention programs to reduce churn.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify gaps and implement data-driven operational improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams to align outreach strategies and improve CRM workflows.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience with increasing responsibility in sales or operations.
- 1+ year of management experience leading virtual teams.
- Must be based in the United States (excluding specific restricted states).
- Demonstrated ability to manage metrics-driven sales and service operations.
- Experience overseeing BPO or outsourced contact center relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
Nice to have
- Master's degree or global equivalent.
- 5+ years of Customer Success or account management experience.
- Familiarity with eligibility verification or provider data management in healthcare.
