Legal Counsel

TL;DR

Legal Counsel (Commercial Transactions): Providing legal support for consulting transactions and professional services agreements with an accent on contract drafting, negotiation, and risk management. Focus on supporting trade and talent services across regulated industries, including construction and manufacturing, while advising leadership on contractual terms and legal strategy.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Dunwoody, Georgia (Hybrid: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote).

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts for professional services.
• Analyze and summarize key master service agreements for company leadership and sales teams.
• Support delivery teams in managing claim-related issues and correspondence.
• Conduct training for business departments on key contractual and legal concepts.
• Research legal issues and prepare memoranda to support business objectives.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and assist with litigation-related document management.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of post-bar experience in a law firm or corporate setting.
• Specialization in commercial transactional work or construction litigation.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical reasoning skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to work on-site in Dunwoody, Georgia 4 days per week.
