What you will do

• Own and monitor production KPIs including on-time delivery, first-pass yield, and cost efficiency.
• Lead daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and schedule-aligned operations.
• Manage and develop a cross-functional team across production, quality, materials, and maintenance.
• Champion Lean manufacturing initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Planning to optimize workflows and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for operational issues using data-driven tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations environments.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven track record of improving operational KPIs and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and data analysis tools like Tableau and Microsoft Office.
• Must be based in or able to work daily from the Surrey, B.C. office.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• APICS or CPIM supply chain certification.
• Experience with INFOR/Syteline ERP systems.
