What you will do

• Manage professional qualifications and ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory bodies.
• Provide academic leadership and line manage Module and Practice Tutors.
• Collaborate with employers and partners to support student recruitment and selection.
• Oversee quality assurance for online, face-to-face, and practice-based learning.
• Contribute to the development and presentation of distance learning modules.
• Represent the university at strategic local and external committees.

Requirements

• Current registration with a relevant professional body is mandatory.
• A good first degree or post-graduate qualification in nursing, health, or social care.
• Experience in teaching, practice education, and line management.
• Sound knowledge of professional education standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability and willingness to undertake regular travel across Wales and the UK.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborative working.
