Location: Hybrid (Paris, France) - minimum 2 days per week in the office

What you will do
- Define and optimize French sales and success playbooks for partner acquisition and long-term engagement.
- Implement localized onboarding and retention flows to ensure partner satisfaction and profitability.
- Align local priorities with global expansion goals and deliver KPIs on network growth and retention.
- Lead complex negotiations with major partners and act as a role model for the team.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement growth solutions.
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and CX teams to maintain a competitive partner offering.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management leadership, ideally in a high-growth startup, HR-tech, or the fitness industry.
- Native-level proficiency in French and fluent English.
- Must be based in Paris to support a hybrid work model (min. 2 days in office).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create workflows in an undefined market.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zendesk, and Excel.
- Proven experience in people management, focusing on developing and motivating teams.
