What you will do
- Ensure client satisfaction by collaborating with Operations team
- Drive adoption of integration tools like loyalty programs, cross-promotions, and marketing campaigns on kiosks
- Design and launch special kiosk campaigns aligned with retailer events
- Maximize Net Promoter Score (NPS) and collect feedback for product roadmap and sales
- Automate client processes and address underperforming locations with initiatives
- Expand partner network, secure extension contracts, and turn clients into ambassadors
Requirements
- French (main language) & fluency in English required
- Master’s degree (Bachelor +5) from top Business or Engineering School
- 2–3 years experience, ideally in Customer Success in fast-growing B2B scale-up
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and commercial acumen
- Pragmatic, entrepreneurial mindset with strong stress management
- Interest in sustainable mobility; EV experience a plus
