CCM Developer (Quadient)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Customer Communication Management solutions using Quadient.
• Create customer communications for letters, SMS, email, and print channels.
• Support the migration of legacy communications into Quadient Inspire.
• Develop workflows, communication designs, and technical specifications for controlled change delivery.
• Work with agile teams to deliver communication changes within sprint timelines.
• Provide technical input, support production issues, and coordinate resolution with stakeholders, suppliers, vendors, and development teams.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire or Quadient.
• Experience with Quadient Designer, Scaler, Interactive, Omnichannel, Messenger, or comparable CCM tools.
• Knowledge of SQL, JSON, XML, and HTML.
• Experience working in agile or Scrum environments.
• Coding experience with JavaScript and/or C/C++ is helpful.
