What you will do

• Configure and customize D365 applications, primarily for Customer Service and Sales.
• Develop extensions and support integrations to ensure a maintainable platform.
• Resolve defects and contribute to reliable platform delivery.
• Collaborate with the Technical Lead and delivery team to implement sound technical decisions.
• Manage the application lifecycle using Azure DevOps and ALM practices.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, model-driven Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of solution management and ALM practices.
• Experience with JavaScript, C#, plugins, and APIs.
• Must be able to work on a hybrid basis in York, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with D365 Contact Centre, Omnichannel, or Customer Service workspace.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio or AI-enabled service processes.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Service Bus.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-400, MB-230, MB-210).
• Experience in regulated financial services or insurance environments.
