What you will do

• Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert and CRM advisor across requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and launch support.
• Design, develop, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions while estimating work across project and ticket phases.
• Provide technical expertise for complex Salesforce projects, integrations, and business process development.
• Review code and solution documentation for adherence to Salesforce standards, best practices, and fitness for purpose.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations and assess, design, and develop future integration requirements.
• Document technical solutions, business processes, reference architectures, and best practices while sharing knowledge with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certifications.
• Experience building and supporting highly scalable and reliable Salesforce solutions, including at least one large Salesforce integration project.
• Experience with Agile projects, JIRA, technical project management, complex technical issue resolution, and large-scale datasets.
• Strong communication skills for technical and business audiences, plus an understanding of UI design principles.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
• Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, or Conga CLM development experience.
• DevOps platform experience with tools such as Copado or Gearset.
• MuleSoft or other enterprise integration technology experience.
