ServiceNow Developer (ServiceNow)

Location: Hybrid role based at the New Bailey office in Manchester or One Braham office in London, with three days together in the office and two days wherever. Security clearance eligibility is required.

What you will do

• Implement technical solutions for customers and colleagues within cross-functional engineering squads.
• Support technology decisions, architecture, and the delivery roadmap for ServiceNow capabilities.
• Design, develop, document, test, and deploy solutions in line with platform architecture and security standards.
• Integrate existing software products with ServiceNow and resolve routine platform compatibility issues.
• Capture and refine requirements, provide estimates and progress updates, and align delivery with stakeholders.
• Resolve incidents promptly while maintaining clear communication with customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM toolset.
• Foundational programming knowledge and understanding of at least one scripting language, such as JavaScript.
• Understanding of software development practices including version control and testing principles.
• Familiarity with core ITIL functions: incident, problem, change, and request management.
• Eligibility for the required security clearance is mandatory.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certification such as CSA, CAD, or CSI.
• Awareness of security and data-handling practices.
