What you will do

• Own the operating framework for AML, KYC, and Safer Gambling to ensure scalability and protection.
• Redesign operational flows and automate repetitive tasks, leveraging AI to increase efficiency.
• Manage SLAs and KPIs, forecasting demand and resourcing to prevent operational failures.
• Ensure compliance with internal requirements and Gambling Commission standards without impeding operations.
• Mentor Player Protection Managers to transition from tactical firefighting to strategic improvements.
• Collaborate with the Head of Ops and senior stakeholders on trends, risks, and data insights.

Requirements

• Heavyweight operational background in a fast-moving, regulated business.
• Proven track record of scaling messy operations into best-in-class processes.
• Strong data fluency with the ability to forecast and drive decisions via analytics.
• Passionate about building efficient processes through the application of AI.
• Hands-on experience with AML, KYC, onboarding, or risk management in any regulated industry.
• Strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in the iGaming industry.
• Working knowledge of UKGC or Safer Gambling frameworks.
