What you will do
- Own the operating framework for AML, KYC, and Safer Gambling to ensure scalability and protection.
- Redesign operational flows and automate repetitive tasks, leveraging AI to increase efficiency.
- Manage SLAs and KPIs, forecasting demand and resourcing to prevent operational failures.
- Ensure compliance with internal requirements and Gambling Commission standards without impeding operations.
- Mentor Player Protection Managers to transition from tactical firefighting to strategic improvements.
- Collaborate with the Head of Ops and senior stakeholders on trends, risks, and data insights.
Requirements
- Heavyweight operational background in a fast-moving, regulated business.
- Proven track record of scaling messy operations into best-in-class processes.
- Strong data fluency with the ability to forecast and drive decisions via analytics.
- Passionate about building efficient processes through the application of AI.
- Hands-on experience with AML, KYC, onboarding, or risk management in any regulated industry.
- Strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in the iGaming industry.
- Working knowledge of UKGC or Safer Gambling frameworks.
- Familiarity with eOS or Traction.
