What you will do

• Identify and secure partnerships with high-quality game vendors, including slot studios, crash games, and emerging formats.
• Develop and maintain a strategic content acquisition roadmap aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all game vendors, managing day-to-day communication and long-term strategic relationships.
• Coordinate game integrations and release schedules in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
• Analyze game performance metrics, such as RTP and player engagement, to optimize content strategy and placement.
• Oversee go-to-market planning and coordinate feature placement with the Head of Games and Arcade.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or vendor management within online gaming, social casino, or sweepstakes.
• Proven success in negotiating commercial agreements and managing multiple vendor relationships.
• Deep understanding of casino game mechanics, including RNG, math models, volatility, and feature sets.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional launch processes.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate game performance metrics.
• Must be based in the UK or EU
