What you will do

• Plan and oversee the delivery of studio projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with Studio Technicians for the procurement, installation, disassembly, and storage of AV equipment.
• Manage task assignment and resource allocation across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Liaise with production, engineering, and IT teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure studio setups meet technical and operational standards while proactively resolving issues.
• Evaluate workflows and implement efficiency improvements for studio operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in service or project delivery.
• Strong organizational skills to plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to manage and allocate tasks effectively within a technical team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced and evolving studio environments.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of AV equipment, studio infrastructure, and broadcasting technology.
• Familiarity with health & safety standards.
