What you will do

  • Own SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies across owned channels and lead content distribution and performance.
  • Drive CRO across landing pages, signup flows, and onboarding entry points in partnership with Product and Design.
  • Build and prioritize the growth experiment backlog, developing hypotheses and analyzing results.
  • Optimize the signup-to-activation handoff and track cohort drop-off points during the credit period.
  • Coordinate paid media strategy with agencies to ensure full-funnel message consistency.
  • Analyze funnel metrics using GA4 and connect channel performance to business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or demand generation, ideally in B2C or B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of improving search rankings and organic performance.
  • Experience designing and running growth experiments end-to-end.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to extract and execute upon data insights.
  • Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience in short-term rental, proptech, or hospitality spaces.
  • Familiarity with SQL or similar data querying tools.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Webflow, or other CRMs.
