What you will do

• Measurably increase lead generation across all US companies and channels.
• Develop a scalable demand generation engine to improve customer acquisition cost over time.

• Design the target operating model to enhance customer acquisition and retention capabilities.
• Establish the foundations of a scalable marketing team and function for the US market.
• Implement marketing tools and technologies to create value and efficiency across operating companies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B or B2C marketing experience with a strong track record in demand generation and growth marketing.
• Must be based in the US for hybrid work.
• Proven experience building marketing strategies from the ground up and seeing them through to execution.
• Active proficiency in applying agentic AI across marketing strategies.
• Expertise in owning and optimizing a marketing tech stack for efficiency and visibility.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to align stakeholders in a decentralized model without formal authority.
