What you will do

• Own the end-to-end consumer growth engine including acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation.
• Scale paid marketing campaigns across SEM, Meta, TikTok, and app install channels.
• Drive organic growth through SEO, ASO, and product-led growth loops.
• Optimize lifecycle marketing (LCM) journeys via email, push, and in-app communications.
• Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies and value propositions for the Vietnamese market.
• Lead and develop a high-performing consumer marketing team and manage performance-based budgets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in consumer/growth marketing within tech, marketplaces, or proptech.
• Deep expertise in paid acquisition, organic growth, and lifecycle marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on attribution models and cohort analysis.
• Experience leading marketing teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Fluency in both English and Vietnamese.
• Deep understanding of the Vietnam digital and proptech landscape.
