What you will do

• Own conversion rate optimization (CRO) across the entire marketing website, including home, product, and pricing pages.
• Build and manage a scalable landing-page engine for priority campaigns, personas, and product narratives.
• Improve visibility in traditional search and AI discovery surfaces (GEO) to drive organic demand.
• Act as a Growth Automation Designer, building AI-powered tools and workflows to streamline the marketing process.
• Establish a structured experimentation program and create dashboards to measure and improve website performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or product-led growth, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to build working prototypes using AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or v0.
• Experience implementing SEO/GEO tactics to improve visibility in AI answer engines like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews.
• Track record of improving website conversion rates and managing high-performing organic content.
• Strong experimentation mindset and experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Data teams.
