hirify.global is an applied AI lab building an Agent Workspace for GTM to automate sales busywork and 10x seller productivity.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the overall strategy for sustainable customer acquisition and pipeline growth.
  • Manage and optimize all digital growth channels, including paid media, SEO, AEO/GEO, and conversion paths.
  • Establish a culture of experimentation, leveraging AI to accelerate testing and increase personalization.
  • Lead Marketing Operations to ensure robust attribution, lead routing, and data-driven reporting.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing Growth Marketing team, including specialists in Paid Acquisition and Marketing Ops.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to translate product value into scalable growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading Growth, Demand, or Performance Marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of building acquisition engines that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Deep expertise in paid media, SEO, CRO, and lifecycle acquisition strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset and a relentless focus on testing and optimization.
  • Experience leading Marketing Operations or building scalable measurement frameworks.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco.
