What you will do
- Develop and execute the overall strategy for sustainable customer acquisition and pipeline growth.
- Manage and optimize all digital growth channels, including paid media, SEO, AEO/GEO, and conversion paths.
- Establish a culture of experimentation, leveraging AI to accelerate testing and increase personalization.
- Lead Marketing Operations to ensure robust attribution, lead routing, and data-driven reporting.
- Build and mentor a high-performing Growth Marketing team, including specialists in Paid Acquisition and Marketing Ops.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to translate product value into scalable growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading Growth, Demand, or Performance Marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of building acquisition engines that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Deep expertise in paid media, SEO, CRO, and lifecycle acquisition strategies.
- Strong analytical mindset and a relentless focus on testing and optimization.
- Experience leading Marketing Operations or building scalable measurement frameworks.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco.
