Program Manager (IT/Product)

Location: Hybrid role based in the London or Sleaford office, UK, with 3 days working from home per week

What you will do

• Create and manage program schedules, milestones, release plans, and launch plans across IT and Product initiatives.
• Coordinate program teams, dependencies, resources, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, mitigation plans, and contingency actions.
• Analyze business and technical trade-offs, develop recommendations, and drive consensus and decisions.
• Define success criteria, objectives, requirements, and program documentation.
• Facilitate program meetings and collaborate with Product Management, IT, Engineering, distributed teams, and third-party vendors.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience delivering complex IT programs in enterprise environments across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• 3+ years of experience in a software development or technology-driven environment.
• Experience with infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, workplace technology, or enterprise applications.
• Experience managing technical dependencies, environments, release schedules, migrations, upgrades, and service transitions.
• Strong planning, analytical, communication, decision-making, leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent program management experience.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Product and Engineering teams.
• Experience using JIRA for program management.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
