Senior Manager, Enterprise Transformation

What you will do

• Partner with Transformation Leads to plan, coordinate, and execute strategic enterprise initiatives.
• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items across multiple workstreams.
• Analyze data and prepare insights, dashboards, status updates, executive-ready reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and help resolve barriers to progress across ambiguous or competing priorities.
• Support change management strategies, stakeholder communications, enablement plans, and adoption of transformation practices.
• Support post-acquisition integration planning and execution when assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in enterprise transformation, program or project management, strategy consulting, or related work in complex organizations.
• Strong program and project management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Familiarity with organizational change management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, influence without direct authority, and work effectively in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting corporate development activities, including integration planning and execution.
• Project management or change management certification, such as PMP or Prosci.
