What you will do
- Lead complex customer programmes and business-critical projects, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable business value.
- Manage programme governance, planning, delivery risks, interdependencies, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and guide delivery from initiation through completion.
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Consultants, Solution Architects, Commercial, Support, and Finance teams.
- Mentor and develop Project Managers while improving delivery outcomes and commercial performance.
- Support proposals, pre-sales discussions, customer roadmaps, and the strategic direction of new engagements.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering complex projects and multi-workstream programmes in a Microsoft Partner or professional services environment.
- Strong leadership experience, including mentoring, developing, and inspiring Project Managers.
- Experience managing budgets, driving profitability, and balancing customer success with business objectives.
- Strategic planning, stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and hands-on programme delivery expertise.
- Relevant programme or project management certification such as MSP, PgMP, PRINCE2, PMP, or similar.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
