What you will do

• Drive the strategic direction and execution of engineering across the entire product portfolio to ensure on-time delivery of large-scale programs.
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing global engineering organization of 100+ employees.
• Set the technology strategy, evaluating and championing new platforms and AI/ML-enabled development practices.
• Own the engineering budget and resource strategy, managing headcount and infrastructure investments.
• Partner with the CEO, CTO, and Board of Directors to align engineering execution with corporate strategy and M&A diligence.
• Define and govern the enterprise-wide Product Development Process to ensure consistent quality and delivery standards.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive software engineering leadership experience.
• 5+ years in a senior executive role (VP/SVP/EVP) overseeing multi-product organizations.
• Proven track record leading global engineering teams of 100+ employees.
• Deep expertise in C++, C#, SQL Server, Angular, Java, Git, and cloud platforms.
• Must be based in the United States.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
