Senior Product Manager (Medical Devices)

Location: Wayne, New Jersey, United States; site-based hybrid schedule with 1–2 days working from home

Salary: $170,000–$190,000 annually, depending on experience and location, plus a 25% bonus target

What you will do

• Define and execute product and portfolio strategy, including multi-generational roadmaps and lifecycle plans.
• Own cardiovascular product lifecycles from ideation and development through launch, commercialization, and post-launch optimization.
• Translate customer, clinical workflow, and competitive insights into product requirements.
• Lead cross-functional execution with R&D, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, Quality, and Operations.
• Lead global product launches, develop business cases, and track commercial and financial performance.
• Mentor Product Managers and Associate Product Managers while supporting Cardiovascular division growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years of product management experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
• Extensive product management experience in a regulated medical device environment.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and financial acumen.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a site-based hybrid arrangement in Wayne, New Jersey.
