TL;DR
Sr. Product Manager (Medtech): Responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle ownership for a cardiovascular product portfolio with an accent on portfolio strategy, profitability, and cross-functional execution. Focus on integrating Voice of Customer insights, clinical workflows, and competitive intelligence into product requirements.
Location: Wayne, NJ, US. Hybrid work, 1-2 days at home (site based)
Salary: $170,000- $190,000 annually + 25% bonus target

What you will do
- Define and execute product and portfolio strategy, including multi-generational roadmaps and lifecycle plans.
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation through post-launch optimization and profitability.
- Integrate Voice of Customer insights, clinical workflows, and competitive intelligence into product requirements.
- Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, Quality, and Operations.
- Lead global product launches and ensure commercial readiness.
- Develop business cases and financial justifications; track post-launch performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences product management.
- Extensive experience in product management within a regulated medical device environment.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and financial acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without authority.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
