What you will do

• Collaborate with international teams to develop and integrate features for web and mobile applications.
• Own key product modules including bill management, customer onboarding, and marketing dashboards.
• Design and maintain robust, scalable backend services using Python and Django.
• Implement and optimize GraphQL and REST APIs for high-impact customer solutions.
• Manage asynchronous task processing and complex data workflows using Celery and PostgreSQL.

Requirements

• Fluent spoken English is essential for daily international collaboration.
• Strong professional experience in backend development with Python and Django.
• Deep understanding of domain modelling and software architecture.
• Expertise in designing and integrating GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Proven ability to build fault-tolerant, scalable software and lead complex issues to production.
• Must be based in Spain for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure (AWS, Terraform, Packer, Consul).
• Familiarity with frontend technologies like React and Next.js.
