What you will do

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and perform physical cycle counts to reconcile variances.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis around inventory discrepancies and collaborate with the ICQA Lead to correct them.
• Communicate critical operational information and inventory updates directly to leadership and the MC team.
• Ensure inventory variances are resolved promptly to prevent delays in outbound order fulfillment.
• Maintain strict compliance with food safety and regulatory policies.

Requirements

• Ability to determine inventory discrepancies and perform physical cycle counts.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with strong reading comprehension.
• Ability to lift 40lbs and stand/walk continuously during 8-10 hour shifts.
• Capability to multitask and handle multiple issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work onsite in North Aurora, IL.
