What you will do

• Perform physical inventory counts and audits at retail stores and 3PL facilities.
• Conduct root cause research to resolve inventory discrepancies and shrinkage.
• Manage and process return manifests, ensuring accurate documentation in ERP systems.
• Collaborate with store teams and 3PL partners to ensure inventory prep and reconciliation.
• Maintain and improve SOPs for inventory operations and financial compliance.
• Travel to local and regional sites to validate inventory data and support audit requests.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of inventory control experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel 40-50% of the time.
• Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and WMS or delivery software.
• Experience with RF scanners and inventory reconciliation.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
