Logistics and Property Management Specialist

What you will do

• Manage the receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, transfer, inventory, and disposition of Government property and mission-critical equipment.
• Maintain property records, hand receipts, transfer documentation, asset accountability, and chain of custody records.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including packaging, labeling, customs documentation, carrier services, tracking, and required clearances.
• Support warehouse operations, receiving, order fulfillment, staging, inventory replenishment, and incoming shipment inspections.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, warranty tracking, calibration, repairs, lifecycle replacement planning, and readiness assessments.
• Develop logistics documentation and standard operating procedures while coordinating with Government personnel, agencies, vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting logistics, inventory management, property accountability, supply chain, or secure Government environments.
• Ability to coordinate classified and sensitive shipments in accordance with Government security requirements and regulations.
• Ability to operate authorized material handling equipment and maintain applicable shipping, hazardous materials, and equipment certifications.
