What you will do

• Administer the inventory cycle count program to ensure high levels of accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile cycle count discrepancies and resolve inventory problems on a timely basis.
• Create, update, and analyze inventory cycle count reports to optimize stock levels.
• Conduct physical inventory and verify quantities, documenting adjustments within the ERP system.
• Manage and prioritize data entry activities, providing leadership to data entry associates.
• Account for materials distributed through the company's ERP system.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with cycle counting, picking, posting, and working with MRP/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
• Must be based in Dallas, Texas to support the 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM shift.
