What you will do

• Lead medium-sized product development programs from proposal to launch and production delivery.
• Manage IPT teams, program budgets, and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Develop pricing recommendations, business cases, and conduct contract negotiations.
• Coordinate multi-site proposal efforts across California and Arizona.
• Collaborate with PLM and Applications Engineering to expand business opportunities.
• Present program status and proposal reports to senior leadership and customers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a technical and manufacturing environment within the aerospace/defense industry.
• US citizenship is required due to U.S. Government contractual requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business/Marketing with technical program experience.
• Proven ability to lead development IPTs or hold supervisory responsibility (2+ years preferred).
• Experience with DoD pricing and contracts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
