What you will do

• Manage project schedules, timelines, and system deployment tracking.
• Coordinate communications between customers, field sites, and internal team members.
• Develop and present project briefings and status reports.
• Create and update project documentation following the Project Management Framework (PMF).
• Coordinate with security elements for project certification and accreditation.
• Manage resource and office access requirements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience managing project teams and administrative tasks.
• Must be a US Citizen and have an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph from day one.
• Experience working within the Project Management Framework (PMF).
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10% CONUS and 10% OCONUS, including hazard areas.

Nice to have

• PMP or ITIL certifications.
• Understanding of Wide Area Networking (WAN) concepts and technologies.
• Knowledge of service management and delivery best practices.
