What you will do

• Lead and deliver complex projects and activities within the Experimental Flight Test center.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to establish project scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with technical experts, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure project compliance.
• Identify risks and execute comprehensive risk mitigation plans.
• Manage budget requirements and resource allocation for various project activities.
• Prepare and present visibility reports to different levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent professional diploma and experience.
• 5-8 years of project management experience specifically within the Aerospace industry.
• Advanced knowledge of project management processes and principles.
• Proven experience in development and certification for Flight Tests.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in or able to work from Wichita, KS, USA.
