What you will do

• Lead and manage facility operations at Lunar Manufacturing facilities.
• Collaborate with Facilities and Risk Management to develop risk mitigation plans, including hurricane response and hardware protection.
• Manage a portfolio of projects to ensure Lunar Permanence facilities conduct safe and effective operations.
• Develop multi-year facility strategies to support the success of Lunar Permanence.
• Interface with Executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align on operations strategy.
• Lead change management activities to evaluate and approve new facility requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in an Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant program management or operational experience.
• PMP certification and experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required due to Export Control Regulations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Demonstrated history of independence and accountability in delivering commitments.
