What you will do
- Lead and manage facility operations at Lunar Manufacturing facilities.
- Collaborate with Facilities and Risk Management to develop risk mitigation plans, including hurricane response and hardware protection.
- Manage a portfolio of projects to ensure Lunar Permanence facilities conduct safe and effective operations.
- Develop multi-year facility strategies to support the success of Lunar Permanence.
- Interface with Executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align on operations strategy.
- Lead change management activities to evaluate and approve new facility requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in an Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant program management or operational experience.
- PMP certification and experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required due to Export Control Regulations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
- Demonstrated history of independence and accountability in delivering commitments.
