What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal technical teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Manage daily production activity and troubleshoot critical issues to achieve prompt resolution.
• Validate that services meet contractual obligations and performance requirements.
• Coordinate service changes through use case development, user acceptance testing, and production validation.
• Apply generative AI tools to analyze telemetry data and generate client-ready reporting and presentations.
• Optimize Client Services processes to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Managed Services.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, and JIRA (or similar CRM/ticketing tools).
• Must be based in Australia.
• Exceptional English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Experience in creating and documenting detailed client requirements.
• Ability to be on-call for critical production issues and work occasional weekends.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL, HTML, and REST APIs (JSON/XML).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator).
