Salary: $95k – $125k + Equity

What you will do

• Own the field marketing strategy and the annual event calendar.
• Plan and execute Moonshot's presence at major industry conferences and trade shows.
• Create high-value executive dinners, VIP events, and customer roundtables.
• Manage the full event lifecycle, including budgeting, vendor management, and logistics.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to maximize meetings and pipeline generation.
• Track and analyze event performance, ROI, and influenced pipeline.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in field, event, or experiential marketing.
• Proven track record of executing conferences and executive-level events.
• Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25-40% to support events.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment.
