What you will do

• Own Sphere’s end-to-end digital strategy, ensuring alignment between content, performance, and business goals.
• Drive customer journey mapping and optimization across acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO and organic content strategy, leveraging AI-driven search and LLMs.
• Oversee lifecycle marketing programs across email, push, SMS, and other direct channels.
• Lead the strategy and governance of the headless/composable CMS architecture for scalable content operations.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with product, engineering, and creative stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional digital teams (SEO, UI/UX, analytics, CRM).
• Deep expertise with headless/composable CMS platforms (e.g., Hygraph, Optimizely).
• Proven track record of scaling experimentation programs and A/B testing.
• Expertise in digital analytics (GA4, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization (Tableau, Looker).
• Experience in entertainment, hospitality, or live events sectors.
• Must be based in Burbank, CA (Onsite).
