Salary: $175,000 – $260,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Own the strategic roadmap and execution of omni-channel communications across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Establish the lifecycle marketing function, including cross-functional processes for campaign execution, measurement, and reporting.
- Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics to develop actionable performance insights and evolve the data infrastructure for personalization.
- Develop messaging playbooks for new product launches and marketing campaigns in collaboration with PMM.
- Act as the voice of the member by translating lifecycle performance into actionable insights to deepen organizational understanding of member segments.
- Integrate advances in AI, personalization, and marketing technology into the member experience to unlock growth.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing and CRM strategy, ideally within consumer marketplaces or membership products.
- Proven track record of building high-volume lifecycle programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with Braze, CDP integrations, and AI personalization/localization tooling.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from complex, omni-channel programs and data pipelines.
- Deep experience with mobile-first channels, including push, in-app, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Must be based in the United States.
