What you will do

• Design and execute cell-based assays for drug discovery, including target validation and lead optimization.
• Culture and maintain diverse cell lines and primary cells with high precision.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data, including single-cell image analysis for chemical and genetic perturbations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research plans, timelines, and deliverables are met.
• Innovate new cellular assay methods in a fast-paced research environment.
• Work with automation teams to implement high-throughput screening protocols involving robotics and imaging equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree in cell biology, chemical biology, or a related scientific field.
• Demonstrated experience in culturing, deriving, and maintaining various cell lines.
• Proven ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Cambridge, MA

Nice to have

• Experience with plate-based assays and high-throughput screening.
• Willingness to work with complex automation systems.
• Familiarity with high-content imaging, microscopy, or molecular biology (e.g., PCR, western blotting, ELISA).
