What you will do

• Coordinate and supervise daily team operations for non-GLP bioanalytical method development and sample analysis.
• Function as a study director or principal investigator, serving as the primary contact for sponsors.
• Design and execute complex research studies, including method development for analytes and metabolites.
• Mentor and train team members on technical, personal, and business development.
• Review calculations, records, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with SOPs.
• Propose and implement new research methodologies to enhance scientific capabilities.

Requirements

• PhD with 3+ years of related experience OR Master’s degree with 10+ years of related experience in Chemistry, Biology, or a related physical science.
• Expertise in advanced experimental methods including LC-MS, ELISA/MSD, PCR, flow cytometry, or western blotting.
• Demonstrated experience in independent development of LBA and/or LC-MS bioanalytical methods.
• Ability to work on-site in a laboratory and office environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising personnel and managing project timelines.
• Effective oral and written communication skills for reporting and sponsor interaction.
